Yes you can use LAN/Ethernet cable if you wish to do so. The routers allow you to access the internet using WiFi signal (just like hotsport), but also have a LAN/Ethernet Port at the back that allows you to connect an ethernet cable if you wish to connect any of your gadgets using a LAN/Ethernet cable

The internet service providers we use for the rental services are “EE” ,O2, Vodafone and three mobile (but not limited to). We have chosen to use these data service providers because they have a good coverage across the U.K.

No, it does not matter. The device works independent of your personal phone contract.
The sign-up fee is a one time activation fee change when a subscription is activated or re-activated after cancellation. This is only charged when you signup or re-signup. It would not be deducted each month.
No we do not store the card details from any customer.

Devices are normally sent out using a Next working day delivery service, for orders received before the last dispatch time. You do not need to select Next Working Day delivery at the checkout, because next day delivery is part of our dispatch process.

The internet router/device we sent to you at the start of your rental need to be posted back to us is on the day your rental ends.
The refundable deposit is added at the basket/checkout stage.
The Refundable is refunded back your payment account 1 to 3 working days after the returned device(dropped off at the post office or post box ontime) has arrived back with us and tested to see that it is in a good working condition.
You can cancel your subscription by sending us a cancellation request email at least 21 days before your next billing date. The minimum rental period is 1 Month.
The router and power plug needs to be posted back to us on the day your rental ends.
If you need the device only for one month, please notify us at least 21 days before your next subscription payment is due to be deducted from your account (that is 21 days before your subscription 1 month of subscription comes to an end). Then we would stop your subscription from going beyond that month.
This means your rental would now end on the date your subscription charge was initially meant to be deducted from your account. So you would need to return the router and power plug back to us.
