At “Monthly Internet” you can cancel your subscription whenever you want to by logging into your account to easily cancel your subscription before your next subscription billing date, and your rental would be scheduled for cancellation as requested. The minimum rental period is 1 Month.
So you can continue your rolling monthly subscription for as many or as few months as you want.

Just cancel your subscription 7 days before your next subscription payment is due to be deducted from your account (that is 7 days before your 1 month of subscription comes to an end).
This means your rental would now end on the date your subscription charge was initially meant to be deducted from your account. You need to return the router and power plug back to us if you end your subscription.

You can connect up to 30 different devices at the same time to a pocket wifi.

Yes you can use LAN/Ethernet cable if you wish to do so. The routers allow you to access the internet using WiFi signal (just like hotsport), but also have a LAN/Ethernet Port at the back that allows you to connect an ethernet cable if you wish to connect any of your gadgets using a LAN/Ethernet cable
The internet service providers we use for the rental services are “EE” ,O2, Vodafone and three mobile (but not limited to). We have chosen to use these data service providers because they have a good coverage across the U.K.
We would normally assign the best available internet provider for your location.
No, it does not matter. The device works independent of your personal phone contract.
The sign-up fee is a one time activation fee change when a subscription is activated or re-activated after cancellation. This is only charged when you signup or re-signup. It would not be deducted each month.

Devices are normally sent out using a Next working day delivery service, for orders received before the last dispatch time. You do not need to select Next Working Day delivery at the checkout, because next day delivery is part of our dispatch process.
Yes you need to post the router back to us at the end of your rental period. The internet router/device we sent to you at the start of your rental belongs to Monthly internet and needs to be posted back to us on the day your rental ends.
